Right from the word go our whole experience with Margaret and her team has been outstanding. When we walked away from our first meeting with Margaret at the barn, we knew straight away that we wanted her to create our floral arrangements and decorations for our special day. Margaret is passionate, extremely knowledgeable and pays significant attention to detail and she gave us complete confidence in her abilities. Margaret actively listened to our thoughts and ideas and then turned these into reality for us, whilst being totally honest about cost and availability of the flowers. Nothing was too much trouble! We visited Margaret at the barn on several occasions and built up a warm friendship, which we hope will continue in the future. During our time with Margaret we explored various options and when she saw that we were struggling to make a decision, Margaret and her team created some bespoke examples for us, derived from our thoughts...and she hit the nail on the head as they were perfect and all our worries were taken away. It was so refreshing to find someone who could bring to life and understand all our ideas and thoughts. Margaret is a true professional, with an impeccable reputation in Preston and further afield, as it came to light that my chief bridesmaid who now lives in Australia regularly rings Margaret up to order flowers for her friends and family in the Preston area.

Nothing Margaret said could have prepared us for the stunning array of flowers that were presented to us on our day. They were breathtaking and they received so many favourable comments from our guests and visitors to Stanley House...so much so that a bride to be who was previewing our room enquired who had done the flowers and by the following week Margaret had secured a booking!! On the day itself, everything was seamless; everything arrived on time and was set up perfectly. We could not have asked for any more.

Finally, we hold Margaret in high regard and can’t thank her enough for the special contribution she made to our day. We have no hesitation in recommending her and her team to all our friends and family and we have truly found a florist for life!

"We cannot begin to sing Margaret and her many hidden workers praises. From the moment we met with Margaret she made us feel so welcome and at ease and we knew that we could put every faith in her handling our wedding flowers exactly as we wanted them. We had several meetings ,and I even put my trust in leaving a family heirloom with her (which I would not have done under normal circumstances, but I just knew that it would be looked after as if it was their own). I had been quite panicking about other aspects of the wedding, but the flowers I was quite happy to leave in Margaret and the teams hands. On the day of the wedding my flowers arrived, not just quite as I had imagined ,but better, and with the heirlooms attached just as I had wanted them. The colours were beautiful and matched perfectly. The wedding breakfast room had been decorated to a extremely high standard and we were absolutely overwhelmed by the attention to detail that had been created. Myself and my husband sat down to eat and just looked at each other and said "Who's put the sprinkles on the table?" at which a member of staff said "Oh that's Margaret" at which we said " well who has done all the extra touches" at which we were told the same , Margaret had done it . Not only had her team come back to set up the room after the mornings drop, they had done all this . We were truly blown away by all the effort that had gone into making the room look magnificent. Margaret and her teams attention to all the minor details is totally outstanding. The flowers were so fresh that they are still going strong 3 weeks later . As for my beautiful bouquet and buttonholes ,I have sent them away to be preserved, as I simply loved them so much .

If you are in 2 minds as whether to use Margaret Mason, I can honesty say it would be the biggest mistake if you didn't. We feel like we have made a life long friend in Margaret, she is a truly wonderful lady .
