Ordering and payment
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click checkout and you will be asked for the details needed to complete your order.
We accept most debit and credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency. You can also order and pay for flowers over the telephone.
Orders that are cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Order acceptance
When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order request. A contract between us is formed once payment has been processed and accepted.
We include this to protect us in the event of pricing errors, accidental under-pricing, or if we are unable to supply a particular product. If there is a price change, we will always contact you first to confirm that you are happy to proceed.
Delivery information
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Saturday UK time for UK delivery can be delivered the same day if required. Orders received after this time, and most international orders, are usually delivered the following day.
Orders placed with a specific delivery date will be delivered on that date, provided they are received before the same day cut-off time. Orders placed for public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Online delivery orders can only be placed for UK delivery. For overseas deliveries, please telephone us directly.
We do not offer timed deliveries except for funeral tributes and weddings. If you have an urgent or emergency order, please telephone us.
If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Delivery attempts
Deliveries are made once. If the recipient is not at home, the flowers or plants may be returned and a calling card left with instructions for collection.
Where possible, we may leave flowers with a neighbour if they are willing to accept responsibility. If the recipient is unable to collect, we will arrange a new delivery date directly with them.
We cannot accept responsibility for theft or damage if items are left at the delivery address.
Product quality and tax
We take great care to ensure freshness and quality at all times. All prices include VAT at 20%. VAT Registration Number 155 0021 16.
Card security
When orders are placed through our website, card details are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. Card details are only decrypted once they reach our secure systems and are never stored in clear text on any website.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds may occasionally be given at management discretion. Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaint should be made within one working day of delivery.
We will always work to reach an agreement with you, usually offering either a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the complaint.
